What ages do you train?

Tenacity Sports Performance works with athletes from elementary school through high school, roughly ages 6 to 18. Programs are grouped and adapted by age and development stage so every athlete gets training that is right for them.

Do you have to play a specific sport to train here?

No. Speed, agility, and athletic development benefit every sport. We have athletes from football, soccer, basketball, track, baseball, and more. The sport-specific program tracks are available for athletes who want to focus on one sport's demands.

How do the football clinics work?

Football clinics like the Linebacker Clinic run seasonally. They are typically half-day or full-day intensive sessions focused on specific positions or skill sets. Check the contact form or call us to find out when the next clinic is scheduled and how to register.

Is the homeschool fitness program different from regular training?

Yes. It runs during daytime hours to fit homeschool schedules and includes a broader fitness and physical literacy component alongside athletic development. It can count toward PE requirements for many homeschool programs. Reach out and we can walk through the details.
