Meet the coaches parents trust
Tenacity Sports Performance is built around certified youth coaching, safe movement, clear parent communication, and athlete development that makes sense for kids. Tenacity works with athletes ages 4–17, with group clinics typically starting around age 6 and private, homeschool, or introductory movement options available for younger athletes.

Parents Are Choosing the Adult Who Coaches Their Child
Parents are not just choosing a program. They are choosing the adult who will coach, correct, encourage, and challenge their child. Coach Rob’s sessions are built around clear instruction, patient correction, small-group attention, and helping athletes leave more confident than they arrived.
For adaptive athletes, Coach Rob brings NFHS Adaptive Coach training and experience working with Special Olympics athletes. He also served on the Board of Directors for Law Enforcement Torch Run Nevada, supporting Special Olympics programming and athlete inclusion. His approach starts with communication, patience, safety, and the right fit for the athlete and family.
The difference is how athletes are coached
Parents are not just choosing drills. They are choosing who corrects their athlete, how their child is encouraged, and whether the training environment is safe, organized, and age-appropriate.
Certified Coaching
Tenacity coaching standards include IYCA Speed & Agility, NFHS, USA Football, and CPR/First Aid training.
Small Groups
Smaller groups help coaches give correction, encouragement, and feedback instead of simply moving athletes from station to station.
Safe Movement
Training starts with mechanics, posture, balance, body control, and movement quality before adding speed and intensity.
Clear coaching, real feedback, and confidence-building
Age-Appropriate Training
Sessions are adjusted for younger athletes, beginners, developing players, and competitive athletes.
Positive Standards
Athletes are challenged, corrected, and encouraged in a way that helps them stay confident.
Parent Communication
Parents can ask questions and understand what their athlete is working on and why.
Measurable Progress
Coaches use timing, video, and movement feedback when appropriate to help athletes see progress.
Parent confidence matters most in Homeschool PE and Adaptive Sports
For homeschool families and adaptive athletes, the coaching relationship matters. Tenacity keeps the focus on safety, patience, communication, and the right fit for each child.

Structured physical education, sports instruction, movement, games, teamwork, and social activity for homeschool students.
