Private Training
Private training gives athletes more individual attention and a customized plan based on their goals, sport, age, and current ability level.
A great fit for focused goals
Private sessions are a great fit for athletes who want to improve specific skills, build confidence, prepare for tryouts, correct movement issues, or get extra coaching outside of team practices.
Tenacity works with athletes ages 4–17, with group clinics typically starting around age 6 and private, homeschool, or introductory movement options available for younger athletes.
Private training may focus on
- Speed development
- Agility and quickness
- Running mechanics
- Sport-specific skills
- Strength and conditioning
- Confidence and fundamentals
- Athlete evaluations

A Clear Plan Instead of Random Workouts
Evaluate
Coach Rob looks at age, sport, confidence level, movement quality, speed, coordination, and the parent’s goals.
Coach
Sessions focus on the athlete’s biggest needs, whether that is mechanics, sport fundamentals, confidence, body control, or game movement.
Adjust
The plan is adjusted as the athlete improves so training stays specific, productive, and age-appropriate.
Athletes Who Need More Individual Attention
Private training is a strong option for beginners who need confidence, competitive athletes who need detailed feedback, adaptive athletes who need a more customized environment, and players preparing for tryouts or a specific season.
